My journey in hospitality didn’t begin at a design desk — it began on the restaurant floor.

After years of working in restaurants and bars, I developed a deep understanding of guest experience, service, and the details that make hospitality memorable. I later moved into the technology side of the industry, working with an EPOS company and gaining valuable insight into the operational side of running successful venues.

Wanting to combine this industry knowledge with creative expertise, I returned to education and earned a BA in Design for Digital Media. That decision brought together my experience in hospitality, technology, and design — creating the foundation for what I do today.

I now run Andrea Bornivelli – Arty Design for Hospitality, a UK-based creative studio dedicated exclusively to restaurants, cafés, and food businesses. As an Italian designer with a passion for food culture, I create brands, menus, websites, and marketing materials that are both beautiful and effective.

I’m known for my attention to detail and commitment to quality. Every project is carefully crafted with purpose, precision, and creativity. Alongside design, I also provide professional food photography, using expert lighting and composition techniques to showcase dishes at their absolute best.
